This is a high energy – high Beginners class. It will get your heart pumping and your legs moving one step closer to a healthier and happier “YOU”. In this class you will learn the basics of Salsa, Reggaetón, Merengue, Samba, and Bachata. Your legs will Thank you !!
Salsa Dancing gives you the cardio that your heart needs while improving circulation. Your core, calves, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes all exercised because they are all used to perform the steps in Salsa. The arms and the rest of the upper body, need to hold their positions, so these muscles are also exercised.
Everyone can dance, it doesn’t matter how many “left feet” you have. You will learn here. My class atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. We always support camaraderie and getting to know each other and countless friendships have developed through SalsaColada.

All lessons at beginner level are broken down so anyone with
absolutely NO DANCE EXPERIENCE can easily follow along. All adults’
classes are an exercise class so wear breathable work out clothing.
