Ladies Salsa High Intensity Workout Beginners 2024 (Recreational No Performance).
Salsa Dancing gives you the cardio that your heart needs while improving circulation. Your core, calves, quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes all exercised because they are all used to perform the steps in Salsa. The arms and the rest of the upper body, need to hold their positions, so these muscles are also exercised.
Everyone can dance, it doesn’t matter how many “left feet” you have. You will learn here. My class atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. We always support camaraderie and getting to know each other and countless friendships have developed through SalsaColada.
This session class offers an exciting introduction to dancing technique where students will explore movement and high calorie burning through exciting faster paced music to give your body a full leg workout right after work and you will be home in time for supper. Doesn’t that sound amazing?!

All lessons at beginner level are broken down so anyone with
absolutely NO DANCE EXPERIENCE can easily follow along. All adults’
classes are an exercise class so wear breathable workout clothing.
